Cape Town a safe bet
Investment advice from a prime estate agent in South Africa points towards Cape Town as the city to invest in over the next few months.
In a recent interview Julian Reynolds, Chief executive of Durr Estaes believes property in South Africa is ready to regain its popularity. He predicts Cape Town to top the list in price increases.
South Africa, he feels, will begin to emerge from the worldwide credit crunch sooner rather than later. The World Cup Football tournament is due to be played in the country in 2010 bringing in much needed tourism revenue. With residential property prices near to base value it is anticipated that Cape Town will easily outshine other areas.
Always well visited by tourists Cape Town is expected to enjoy a plethora of holidaymakers coming to support the spectacular event that is the FIFA World Cup.
