Chronicle to 'analyse real estate in the UAE'

An international real estate broker has published the first edition of a new tool designed to analyse real estate in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The chronicle has been created by DPRE Holdings as a means of informing potential investors about the best way of buying property in the region.
According to the organisation, the tool will "summarise, analyse and provide an unbiased and concise view of the several reports, news and opinions about the Middle East".
The publication gathers information from independent experts in an effort to highlight the various areas of the market in more detail.
According to the first edition, off-plan developments on the Palm Jebel Ali have risen in price by up to ten per cent in the last six weeks, which may boost the number of people buying
real estate in the UAE.
In related news, Sajeer Babu, an equity analyst at the National Bank of
Abu Dhabi, recently said that the price of real estate in the UAE will increase over the next two years, which may prompt people to invest now.
