City seasons to launch real estate in the UAE

An international hotel group is to build new commercial real estate in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The City Seasons hotel group, which currently owns
property in Dubai and Al Ain, will soon open the new Park Hotel in
Abu Dhabi.
According to the firm, the hotel will cost in excess of AED 400 million (£68 million), with contracting outsourced to a Korean construction company.
Sheikh Ahmed Musallam Bin Ham, vice president and founder of the hotel group, says the new commercial
real estate in the UAE will feature luxurious, state-of-the-art rooms and suites.
"Our new projects ascertain our unstinted commitment towards extending affordable luxury for business and leisure travellers," he explains.
In related news, the City Seasons Hotel in
Dubai expects to attract both shoppers and locals during the upcoming Arabian Travel Market.
The facility will showcase various packages during the event in an attempt to attract more people to property in Dubai.
