Commercial property in Spain 'doing well'

Commercial property in
Spain is doing quite well during the recession as companies have invested in products, a sector expert asserts.
Paul Robin, founder of Business Travel Market, says upmarket hotels are adapting to the economic downturn by expanding their range of services to appeal to more customers.
Airlines are also doing the same by adding additional features to flights and providing service in airports to encourage people to travel to property in Spain and elsewhere, he states.
"If you look at airlines and hotels, they have invested in products throughout the tough times so they are still well placed because they are offering a good service. They have to compete more," Mr Robin explains.
In related news, Luke Fredberg, a spokesperson for TripAdvisor, recently claimed that people who are travelling to property in Spain are looking for the best possible deal during the recession, rather than compromising the length of their stay overseas.
