Cristal introduces commercial real estate in the UAE

Industry specialist Cristal Hotels has unveiled its latest commercial real estate in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company has opened the new Cristal Hotel in
Abu Dhabi, a 192-room property which was developed by construction expert Seba Properties.
According to the firms, the latest
real estate in the UAE provides "world-class stylish accommodation" and is one of the most contemporary and chic buildings in the region.
Peter Blackburn, chief executive of Cristal Hotels and Resorts, says the new structure brings a philosophy of business and hospitality service to the country.
"Our aim is to provide a product and service specifically geared to the business traveller looking for comfort, value and efficiency," he explains.
Rabih Karam, chief executive of Seba Properties, adds that the new real estate in the UAE is committed to creating "elegance and excellence".
In other news, sector expert Damac Properties recently revealed its new development of residential real estate in the UAE- Jumeirah Village I and II and Tuscan Residencies - is on course to be finished by the end of 2010.
