High-end property in Dubai 'bursting with appeal'

Potential investors in overseas homes may wish to consider high-end property in Dubai because of the many benefits, following recent comments by a sector specialist.

Richard Worrall, director of estate agent Thompson Wilson, says many people selling their homes in the UK will have a large amount of capital available to invest in new accommodation, which may include property in Dubai.

Those considering a move will likely consider several aspects before committing to a high-end home, such as the specific location of the property.

In addition, the style of the house is also important when people are weighing up whether to part with their money, as well as good links to train stations and easy access to other areas of the city, Mr Worrall states.

"[They] are normally the main factors for people at the higher end of the marketplace," the specialist explains.

In other news, Federico Tauber, president of Tameer Holding Investment LLC, recently said he expects the market for property in Dubai to regroup by the middle of next year, which may interest potential investors.
