Is it really all over now for Germany ?
According to Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial German property market, along with that of the UK & France, is experiencing positive signs of investment, leading to an optimistic market view.
The third quarter of 2009 has seen investment in this market sector grow with volumes increasing by over 50%. Commercial properties for sale in Germany seem to attract the most local investors whereas France & the UK are seeing more foreign investment.
Low market values seem to be encouraging burgeoning business who at the peek simply could not afford to expand globally. Even with the prospect for further market adjustments and potential price slips, a great number of investors are now waking up to the idea that their commitment has to be for the long term.
Although many industry experts continue to view 2010 cautiously, the sentiment is generally positive and any investor looking for an efficient and stable business location, Germany could prove to be a lucrative stronghold.
