Large projects boost for Dubai Cityscape 2009

This year’s annual Cityscape event in Dubai will see the display and handover of five major development projects. All of which can only be regarded as fantastic news for property in Dubai, and for real estate in the UAE.

The projects are the proud completion of the Dubai Property Group, a business which through introspection has revised and realigned its practises to ensure long term growth and profit.

The Cityscape event recently saw major developers such as Emaar, initially withdraw its support. But in a turnaround, thought to be publicity tainted, such developers reversed their decision.

The DPG featured projects will include the Executive & Vision Towers, the villa developments at Shorooq,Mirdiff, Al Waha & Dubailand’s Villa. Sama Dubai & Tatweer are a further two property projects that the Group will also unveil at Cityscape.

Despite the recent & massive downturn in the Dubai property sector, the display of such large and confident projects will not only boost interest in the Cityscape event but is also expected to lift the market confidence.
