Moving to property in Bulgaria 'a creative decision'

People who embark on a new life in property in
Bulgaria may be exhibiting their creativity, according to new research.
A study conducted by the American Psychological Association,
Washington concludes that moving to property in Bulgaria can help to expand a person's mind.
Dr William Maddux, assistant professor of organisational behaviour at business school Insead, says the link between creativity and overseas property owners is a "longstanding question".
Adam Galinsky, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, comments: "There is some sort of psychological transformation that needs to occur when people are living in a foreign country in order to enhance creativity.
"This may happen when people work to adapt themselves to a new culture," he adds.
The study involved a test which measured people's ability to solve puzzles, and showed that those who live in overseas homes, such as property in Bulgaria, are more capable of completing tasks requiring ingenuity.
In other news, the attractiveness of property in Bulgaria may increase as people seek to travel to areas outside the eurozone, claims Mike Whiting, managing editor at travel expert Holiday Extras.
