New car park 'will aid owners of real estate in the UAE'

People who own
real estate in the UAE will soon be able to benefit from a revolutionary new parking solution.
The robotic car park is a key complementary feature at the new Ibn Battuta Gate mixed-use facility in
Dubai, which has been developed by Asteco Development Management and appointed by owners Seven Tides.
It is located next to Ibn Battuta Mall on the Sheikh Zayed highway, and has 40,000 sq m of office space and residential apartments, as well as a five-star hotel where guests will now receive an added convenience, as their car is parked and stored automatically by a machine.
Sami Issa, general manager of Robotic Systems, the technology licensor, said the robotic solution will solve the problem of generating more space for owners of real estate in the
UAE to store their vehicles.
In other news, statistics released by the Landmark Advisory show that the price of
buying property in Dubai fell by over 20 per cent between April and June compared to the first quarter of the year, making it more affordable.
