New innovation 'will market real estate in the UAE'

An advertising company has launched a new innovation to promote real estate in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
VenueFree is launching show homes on wheels, designed to provide potential investors with a view of the property without having to travel to the location.
The vehicles use Formula 1 technology to provide up to 100 sq m of space on each side, claims David Atkinson, former executive board member of transport specialist DHL.
Companies can not afford to let customers come to them and must do all they can to reach out to potential investors in
real estate in the UAE, he states.
"Despite the global economic downturn I can't think of a better place to start a business than in the UAE and no better product to do it with than VenueFree," he comments.
Each vehicle is 15 metres in length and is designed to provide kitchen facilities and air conditioning to cope with weather in the Middle East.
Michael Tolan, chief executive officer at sector specialist the World Class Group, recently said real estate in the UAE will survive the global recession after the "mass hysteria" calms down and prices return to normal.
