People in property in Bulgaria 'have better quality of life'

People living in property in
Bulgaria have a better quality in life, according to a sector specialist.
Industry magazine Quest says that less stress and a slower pace of life are two reasons why people moving to the country are more content in their everyday lives than back in their homeland.
Factors influencing this could include the high quality of the local natural foods, the relatively low cost of living and the fact that there are fewer cars on the road, therefore reducing the likelihood of driving-induced stress.
The publication also points to the fact that expats who have relocated to property in Bulgaria may be in a community with fellow emigrants who are also likely to be happier with their new way of life.
"Take a look at Bulgaria and see what is has to offer you if you are looking for a high quality of life," the source concludes.
In related news, a recent study carried out by Currency Index found that the cost of taking out a mortgage on
a property in Bulgaria has fallen by an average of 54.3 per cent over the last year.
