Property in Bulgaria 'an increasingly attractive option'

Property in
Bulgaria is becoming an increasingly attractive option for those seeking a place in the sun, according to an expert.
The condition of the global economic climate is leading many people to venture outside traditional destinations within the eurozone, claims Mike Whiting, managing editor at travel expert Holiday Extras.
He comments: "Europe will always be popular but I think, increasingly, people are looking outside the eurozone and the dollarzone where they can get a slightly better rate for their pound."
According to a recent survey published by the company, 48 per cent of travllers in the
UK would prefer to visit somewhere with warm weather over a colder region, which may make property in Bulgaria's Black Sea coast region an ideal destination.
The report also reveals that 13 per cent of people travelling during the spring would consider a location slightly further afield than traditional resorts, such as Bulgaria.
