Property in Bulgaria 'can hold significant value'

People who live in
a property in Bulgaria may be in possession of a house with significant value, a specialist asserts.
Kate Stinchcombe, spokesperson for holidaylettings.co.uk, says there has been a recent increase in the number of people who own a property in Bulgaria realising that significant money can be made by renting it out.
"Anybody who is deciding to rent out their second home is actually at least on their way of making a financial gain this year because there is so much demand," she explains.
Ms Stitchcombe adds that staying in rented property in
Bulgaria is more appealing to many people because it is generally much cheaper and has more flexibility than being in a hotel.
Her comments follow the recent publication of a report by the company which revealed that a large proportion of travellers feel that using rental property in Bulgaria instead of hotels allows them to save money to travel more frequently.
