Property in Bulgaria 'gaining appeal'

Property in
Bulgaria is beginning to gain appeal as the worldwide market levels out, according to one sector specialist.
Les Calvert, director of overseas portal Property Abroad, says interest in property in Bulgaria will continue to rise as all countries have now experienced drops in price.
"Now most property markets around the world or certainly around Bulgaria have seen prices fall, the playing field has been levelled," he explains.
Mr Calvert adds that those selling property in Bulgaria should now take the reductions in prices as an opportunity to reinvent the country's appeal.
He stresses that they should also base decisions to buy or sell on other strengths such as the scenery and value and not just short-term gains.
In other news, a recent survey by German website Simplyzigzag.de ranked the country in the top ten places in the world for real estate investment, putting the nation in fourth position, the Pari Daily reported.
