Property in Bulgaria 'is enduring popular'

Accommodation in Europe, such as property in
Bulgaria, is "enduringly popular", according to an industry expert.
The majority of locations on the continent are retaining their allure despite the effects of the economic recession, claims Courtney Wylie, managing director of Holiday-Rentals.co.uk.
She says that there is a "higher concentration" of second homes in mainland Europe, where people have bought a place in the sun.
"I think there's lot of holiday homes available, combined with the fact that they are enduring popular destinations," Ms Wylie states.
She adds that the majority of travellers are currently enquiring about staying in homes in warm destinations, which could include property in Bulgaria's popular
Sunny Beach resort.
According to a recent study conducted by Hotels.com, Brits affected by the economic downturn are only spending an average of £97 a night in overseas accommodation, which may increase the appeal of staying in a low-cost property in Bulgaria.
