Property in Bulgaria 'reaching market prices'

Property in
Bulgaria will soon reach its real market value, according to one sector specialist.
In an interview with the country's Darik Radio, National Real Property Association chairman Lachezar Iskrov said property in Bulgaria is no longer experiencing price fluctuations, according to Novinite.
According to the expert, it is difficult to predict when the cost of property in Bulgaria will rise again, which may boost the popularity of homes in the country.
Mr Iskrov told the station that the most popular locations are capital city
Sofia, where people are looking for two-room apartments, and also mid-priced accommodation in areas such as
Lyulin and Druzhba.
Homes overlooking the picturesque South Park are in particularly high demand, as a mixture of good location and construction quality tempts buyers, the specialist concludes.
In related news, a recent report by PropertyIndex.com has revealed that the average cost of purchasing
a property in Bulgaria has decreased by almost a third over the last 12 months, which may boost popularity with potential buyers.
