According to the organisation, one of the main attractions of property in Bulgaria is that the country is thought to be at the beginning of one of the longest periods of economic growth in its history.

Any prospective investors should also be aware that if they purchase property in Bulgaria now, they are likely to benefit from the boom that the nation will experience when it becomes a full member of the European Union.

Industry magazine Quest also recently stated that learning the language is not a prerequisite when buying home in Bulgaria, as many people there speak English and housebuyers can learn it when they arrive.
