Property in Dubai 'has a lot going for it'

People looking to invest in
property in Dubai can benefit from the emirate's vibrancy, according to a sector expert.
Robin Wilson, head of overseas at industry resource RightMove.co.uk, says the region has lots going for it in terms of the climate and infrastructure.
The average price of property in
Dubai has fallen by 41 per cent in recent months, which should act as a sign that an investor's money will go a lot further, the expert states.
"If you were actively considering Dubai before the crunch hit as a second or holiday home, you probably still are," Mr Wilson comments.
According to the expert, "real money" is now coming from investors looking for bargain property in Dubai.
Those willing to hold out on the correction in prices will see a return to growth by 2010, he the expert adds.
Pure investors will return to
buying property in Dubai in order to take advantage of opportunities in the undervalued market, Mr Wilson concludes.
