Property in Dubai to be highlighted at exhibition

An international consultant has revealed it will showcase a range of new property in Dubai at the upcoming Cityscape Abu Dhabi exhibition.

Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants will highlight the latest top-selling developments in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from April 19th to 22nd.

Among the projects showcased at the event will be the Jumeirah Beach Residence, a new coastal property in Dubai featuring a golf club, internet city and American university.

Iseeb Rehman, managing director of the firm, says Cityscape remains a highly influential platform to promote real estate in the UAE.

"This year's edition will be particularly important in the wake of the global economic challenges; investors and property buyers will surely be keenly observing and scouting for new opportunities," he comments.

Other developments showcased at the exhibition will include the Arabian Ranches, a gated community of villas and apartments, featuring a polo club, medical facility and English-speaking school.
