Property in Spain 'appeals to a range of investors'

Property in Spain offers a range of investors the chance to make a profit, an experts asserts.

Simon Jones, a market analyst at International Hot Property, said property in Spain offers "excellent opportunities" for buyers looking to generate capital while living in a place in the sun.

Some of the best property investments in the world are located in the country and appal to all manner of buyers, Mr Jones asserted.

Mr Jones pointed to the two main types of investor, firstly those who look to live in their home while making a profit in the medium term.

"The other is the serious investor who is looking to buy multiple units at the best prices with a view to doubling his money over a three to five-year period," the expert stated.

Meanwhile, Les Calvert, director of Property Abroad, recently claimed that demand fro property in Spain is outstripping supply in some areas of the rental market as people look to snap up a bargain.
