Property in Spain 'popular for rentals'

People looking to live in property in
Spain are increasingly turning to the rental market, according to a sector specialist.
Dennis Klett, co-founder and director of Domegos.co.uk, says people who own property in Spain are also letting to those looking for a place in the sun.
"We see more and more people starting to rent out their property who didn't rent out their property previously," he comments.
Those who have long been owners in the
Spanish property market are also turning to internet marketing in order to promote their homes to potential investors.
At the moment, property in Spain is currently the most popular in the world with people looking for overseas accommodation, the expert concludes.
According to a recent survey by the company, there has been a 157 per cent increase in the number of properties in Spain being put up for sale by second homeowners looking to make a profit.
