Southern Black Sea coast attracts property investors

The southern Black Sea coast could be the perfect location for investors buying property in Bulgaria, a report suggests.
According to Quest
Bulgaria Property Magazine, good house prices and high visitor numbers are making the region a favourite amongst those looking to rent out their property to tourists.
Low cost flights between the
UK and nearby
Bourgas as well as a well-developed transport infrastructure and comfortable climate mean that tourists flock to the region, with some arriving as early as April.
And with 7,000 university students also in the city and average rents for a flat ranging from 150 to 320 euros, the report describes the location as "a haven for rentals".
There remains a wide range of available and affordable property in the area, with slightly inland locations offering significantly cheaper prices, it suggests.
According to the Standart News, the chairwoman of the State Agency for Tourism in the country Anelia Krushkova recently suggested that the world financial crisis could benefit the Bulgarian tourism industry.
