Spain works hard in highlighting Costa
Property prices in Spain are being held back by over-supply and absence of investment. Nowhere has this been more apparent than in the costal regions such as the Costa del Sol, which accommodate a massive amount of cheaper holiday home projects, which are now struggling to find buyers.
But some experts see the area in a different light, especially as the Andalucian government are working so hard to attract professionals by funding IT & Communication projects. And it seems their approach may be working.
There is a mass of available property to buy in Spain, and the Costa del Sol is experiencing a fair share of growing interest. Some experts believe the Spanish property market, with its bargain basement prices, is beginning to see a resurgence as cheap property is now being bought up. A fact supported by July’s sales figures.
The good news here is that investors wishing to realise their assets may find that selling a property in Spain becomes easier, and given the rate of current sales, that prices may well begin to rise once more.
