Summit in sight for Burj Dubai
For some, real estate in the UAE has recently been seen as the proverbial millstone around the neck of investors & developers, with either huge slides in values or halted development projects.
However, nuggets of good news do continue to emerge, and come from some of the major market players who are set to emerge from the economic downturn, bigger & stronger.
Amongst that news is that released by Emmar this week, who have revealed that the Burj Dubai skyscraper will be opened by the end of 2009. In addition, Tanmiyat, a Saudi based company, have confirmed recommencement in 2010 of the Living Legends complex in Dubailand & as well as a new Dhs2bn skyscraper within Dubai’s financial quarter.
Such major developments will enhance facilities & opportunities within the region and will eventually help to lift the value of neighbouring real estate.
Those developers who matter, still see property in Dubai as crucial, and for anyone looking for property to buy in Dubai could do well as the city remains confident about its future business role within the region.
