Union gives update on Motorcity property in Dubai

Union Properties has issued an update on its latest development of real estate in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company has announced it is to hand over its remaining residential
property in Dubai's Motorcity by the end of the year.
According to the firm, work has already finished on over 850 units located inside 20 separate buildings in the development.
Khalid Al Jarwan, UP's general manager, comments: "Our commitment as one of the leading property developers in the UAE is shown not only through the unique and high quality offerings that are being delivered, but also in our promise to deliver within the scheduled timeframe."
He added that the company is aiming to complete two major projects in the
Dubai International Financial Centre by the end of the year.
The MotorCity development offers a mixture of apartments and self-contained villas which cater for fans of motorsport thanks to the custom-built track there.
