St. Lambertus Basilika: It is a landscape of Düsseldorf, build with t with bricks the style of Lower Rhine Gothic. St. Lambertus Basilika tells a great story of real virgin and after the war, they reconstructed.
Old town (Altstadt): It look like a real historic town,rebuild after World War 2. The old town is a popular shopping mall and at night and weekends turns into the so-called “longest bar of the world. The old town is the home of “Altbier”, a top-fermented, dark beer.
The Burgplatz: It is a Castle-Square, situated next to next to River Rhine. The tower houses an inland navigation museum. On the top of the tower there is a coffe-shop that offers a grand view onto the Rhine.
The promenade: The most beautiful place in Germany, situated on the bank of Rhine. One can enjoy the sun shines on this side all day long. The promenade leads from Parliament via Mannesmannufer, Rathausufer, Burgplatz, and Tonhalle to Rhine-Park.

Events: Fifth season or Carnival :The Carnival starts every year on 11 November at 11:11 a.m, featuring a huge parade through the streets of Düsseldorf.
The Kirmes fun fair : It takes place every third week in July,in the bank of river Rhine .Fun fair features beer and food tents, amusement park rides, vendors, as well as 9 days of various associated events and activities.
Food and Beverage: Rheinischer Sauerbraten are the traditional meals. Düsseldorf is known for its strong Dijon-like mustard served in a traditional pot.
