Kaira-du-la Lodge (place of peace) is a well-established lodge comprising of six bungalows (made up of two apartments) and a separate two-storey two apartment block within landscaped and peaceful gardens. All apartments are comfortably furnished and have fully-equipped kitchens.
The Lodge is a five minute walk from the beaches of Senegambia. Guests can enjoy the many nearby bars and restaurants but return to the peace and quiet of the Lodge!
Built in 1994 the Lodge has an excellent reputation locally and internationally and attracts many customers for short and long-term rentals with the potential earnings of £45,000.00 p.a.
Although fully equipped with water and electricity supply there is also a self-sufficient well and generator within the complex.
The Lodge has it's own secure entrance with reception/guard office.
The reason for selling is due to finalising the late owners estate.
