Spello renown as "Hispellum splendidissima colonia Julia" preserves Roman vestiges in the ancient fabric of the town made of medieval walls, alleys and cobbled narrow streets, and elegant renaissance buildings, convents and churches.

Casa Luna is a small part of a large historic building originally owned by the important noble's family Olorini and it was restored with lots of attention to detail.

The lodging consists of an elegant entrance room, a studio with a single bed, a shower room, a laundry and storage room on the ground floor; on the first floor there are a sitting room with a beautiful 18th c. fireplace, a sleeping couch and a fully equipped kitchen corner. A few steps lead down to the lovely approx. 150 sqm private walled garden. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. Facilities: gas hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, TV, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, washing machine.

The walled garden is the ultimate place to relax amid views of the town's roofs and the lush countryside. The garden is complete with a romantic iron wrought gazebo with tables and chairs and covered with jasmine ideal for eating "al fresco".

Within 50 - 100 meters there are a restaurant, a wine bar, a pastry shop, a tea room, a baker, a grocery's shop, a paying parking lot. A large public parking lot is within 5 minutes walk.

High season (Christmas, Easter, June, July and August): € 800,00
Low season (rest of the year): € 600,00
Euro 30,00 per day per person if more than 2 people.
