LOCATION: The village of Korten is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria. The village belongs to Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven District. Nova Zagora Municipality is located in the Northern part of the Upper Thracian Valley between the big regional centres of Stara Zagora, Sliven and Yambol. Its territory covers the Novozagorsko pole, the Sveti Iliyski vuzvishenia(St. Ilia Hills) and part of the Sredna Gora Mountain slopes. The climate is moderate and favourable for developing agriculture. The major water sources in the area are the Toundzha River, the Sazliyska River and the Blatnitsa River. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer this time is a solid, brick-built, two-storey house with 300 sq. m. living area. Electricity, water and a septic tank were supplied. The bathroom and the toilet are inside the house.
FIRST FLOOR: There are three spacious rooms, a larder, a corridor and a bathroom downstairs.
SECOND FLOOR: An inner staircase leads to the second floor where three cosy rooms and a large terrace are situated.
ATTIC: The loft is also roomy and provides enough space for storage. It can serve for other purposes as well.
GARDEN: The yard spreads over 2500 sq. m. and it is a well-kept one. There is a large greenhouse, an orchard, vines, lots of vegetables and flowers as in the majority of the rural Bulgarian houses. There are some outbuildings that have farm use.
