PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer this time is a lovely, one-storey, brick house with a trim, green garden. The accommodation has 70 sq. m. living area and consists of a glazed entrance hall, two rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. A kitchen with a fireplace is situated in the lower part of the house. Inside, most of the walls and ceilings were panelled in wood. Water and electricity were connected inside. There is a cesspit. A solid wall encloses the property and an asphalted road passes by it.
