PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a nice, single-storey, brick house, built approximately one metre above the ground level. The accommodation has 80 sq. m. living area and consists of a glazed entrance hall, a corridor, a kitchenette, joined to a dining room, a bedroom and a study. The owners keep the house clean and tidy. Another one-room building with a bathroom is situated next to the house. Behind the house there is a large shelter, used for wood storage. The toilet with a cesspit is outdoors. Water and electricity were connected inside. A wall surrounds the property and an asphalted road passes by it.
GARDEN: The trim yard extends to 2500 sq. m. and was planted with lots of fruit trees, vegetables, flowers and other crops. There is a well used for irrigation and a small greenhouse where some vegetables are cultivated. In front of the house there is a garden sink with a tap and a patio in the shade of the trellis vines.
