    Rental
    The national average occupancy for resorts is in Thailand is 72% (source: Knight Frank Report 2005). Occupancy on Samui is over 80% annually. Christian New Year, Christmas, Easter and Chinese New Year see an occupancy rate of over 90% on Samui, which has now overtaken Phuket as Thailand’s most popular holiday destination.     Maintenance
