The roof is properly insulated, while on the ground floor a water resistant plaster has been used. The ceilings are sound-proof. Two fireplaces are foreseen in the apartment, with steel flue and terminal chimney made of handmade bricks. The heating will be centralized with two independent boilers, one for the ground floor and one for the upper two floors; the temperature is adjustable. The internal finishing can be customized according to the buyer wishes.
