This spacious modern villa has three bedrooms and will sleep 6. It is in a peaceful location and is on a development with other villas. It would be ideal for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area with satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a leather suite in the lounge and table and 4 chairs in the dining area. It has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a shower room with w.c.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. All have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Patio doors leading out onto the first floor verandas from all bedrooms with sea views. There is also a family bathroom upstairs.
There is air conditioning in every room (included). The swimming pool (9m x 3m) is accessed via the dining area and there are patios and verandas with sun loungers. Off road parking for two vehicles. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A cot can be provided for a small supplement.
LOCATION
The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive from the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa. The small beach at Ayia Thekla is only a few minutes walk and is ideal for children. There is a small supermarket and a sea front restaurant just a couple of minutes away. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife. The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops, tavernas and a pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
