Payment Plans:

Plan A:

40% - 1st installment – on signing the preliminary contract;

30% - 2nd installment - on roof level;

Plan B:

70% - 1st installment – on signing the preliminary contract;

30% - 3rd installment – on issuing all permissions ( Act 16).
