This contemporary two bed villa is located in an ideal position just a couple of minutes walk to the sandy beach at Agia Triada near Protaras.

The villa has two bedrooms and will sleep 4 people. The double bedroom has a private balcony and looks out onto sea views. There is also a twin bedroom overlooking the pool and a family bathroom with shower on the first floor.

The ground floor is open plan and comprises a lounge furnished with leather sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and includes washing machine, electric cooker and hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. The dining table will seat 6 if required.

The villa is air conditioned for your comfort and in addition there is a ceiling fan in the lounge and free standing fan. A guest cloakroom is situated on the ground floor.

Outside the private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m) is surrounded by terraces with plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy al fresco dining. Sunloungers and patio furniture are provided. There is off road parking for two vehicles if required.

Location

Ayia Triada is on the outskirts of Protaras. Villa Eros is the last property on a small road that leads to the beach and fishing shelter where the fishermen bring in their catch of the day. A restaurant and bar are about 10 minutes walk away. All along this coast are beautiful beaches and coves which are ideal for diving and snorkelling. The property is near to the local bus route which travels through all the resorts in the area and on to the famous Water Park at Ayia Napa. In the other direction the bus goes into the nearest town of Paralimni. This is a traditional Cypriot working town with supermarkets, shops, banks etc., as well as tavernas and coffee shops where you can take a break and watch the world go by. A car is not essential at this property and taxis are very reasonable.
