Located slopeside AND riverside, just a three-minute jaunt to the high-speed quad, this is arguably the Humber Valley’s best Ski location. Perfectly situated for holiday and recreational activity, the Resort sits directly on the banks of the Humber River, an amazing, pristine location with views unsurpassed in the Valley, and yet is only a short drive from city shopping and attractions.
Being the Mountain’s only full-service, four-season resort, visitors flock here during the bustling summer & winter seasons. The property has full amenities, Steady Brook’s only café and dining room, the Humber Valley’s only pool and the region’s largest provider of adventure tours.
The operators of Marble Inn Resort have a thorough understanding of Newfoundland’s accommodations sector. With interests in four additional properties, and a successful occupancytrack record for over twelve years, our professional management team will use their expertise to ensure the highest possible occupancy rates, maximizing your return on investment. Catering to a fully established client base including leisure travellers, activityspecific tourists, (skiers, snowmobilers, sport fishers), business travellers and a rapidly expanding
meetings and events market.
Spring and fall are peak seasons for conferences which keeps revenues flowing during traditionally slow times in the tourist market. The Resort caters specifically to the small-group meetings market and investors potential rental base is broadened by the provision of our conference facilities.
Other resorts must build support infrastructure such as restaurants, meeting areas, reception buildings, bridges, golf courses, etc. These can represent high construction and operational costs until they eventually become self-sustaining. Should they fail to do so it can adversely affect the entire development. The Resort does not have to absorb any of these costs or potential losses because the infrastructure already exists and we have developed a clientele that makes it self-sustaining.
While all buyers have the option to offset the cost of ownership by placing their property in the Resort’s Rental Program, this program is not mandatory, and most important, it is not a rental pool.
Those who chose to rent their units receive ALL the income from the rental of that unit, after expenses. Revenues do not go back into a general fund to be shared among all property owners.
The fact the Resort is already established means a great opoortunity to visit and actually experience the property first hand. For more details, contact Oyster International on 0044 (0)028 390 8001.
