The Holiday Complex Stoykite in Pamporovo is situated in the Rhodope Mountain holiday resort Stoykite in the Leisure Center Perelik (under construction).

The Holiday settlement Stoykite is situated 5 km away from Pamporovo, 6 km from the architectural reserve Shiroka luka, and 240 km away from the capital Sofia. The caves “Uhlovitza”, “Devil’s throat” and “Yagodinska” (known also as “The Imam’s Abyss”) are in close proximity to the settlement. The caves form five storey labyrinths. Visitors enter the cave through a manmade tunnel, while the natural entrance is situated 30 meters above.

The holiday settlement is a preferred place both for winter recreation and for summer rural tourism because of its favorable geographic location and wonderful nature.

In the area, the Perelik Sport & Tourism Resort – one of the biggest ski complexes in Europe with investments amounting to 250 millions of euros, is about to be constructed. The resort will have 50 ski tracks with total length of more than 30 kilometers, 24 lifts with capacity of more than 8000 persons per hour, covered parking and hotels. The high season for skiing will be extended until May. A Congress Center and a golf-course will be constructed later. The entire resort will be situated on more than 10 millions square meters, including 2200 hectares of mountains. The construction of solid-built houses is not planned in order to preserve the nature, and the project has been approved by the Ministry of Ecology.



The complex is located at 1500 meters altitude and is surrounded by spruce forests and beautiful meadows. There is a magnificent panoramic view to the highest Rhodope Mountain peaks, Perelik – 2191m., Kozuyatak – 2100 m., Snezhanka – 1926 m. and Orpheus – 1826 meters. It is situated only 200 meters away from the ski tracks and from the newly built cabin lift connecting Stoykite with the winter resort Pamporovo.



The Holiday Complex – Stoykite consists of four solid-built two storey buildings, structurally connected in a composition. They form a group of 9 one-family and two-family houses. The complex was designed in the typical for the area of Rhodope Mountain architectural style.

The planned finishing works - mineral plaster, stone and wood revetment of the facades, thermo- and hydro-isolation. The woodwork is made of natural massive wood, and the roof - of roof-tile with hydro-isolation.

The Holiday Complex – Stoykite – Pamporovo was designed and realized luxuriously, using the most modern constructing technologies and EU standard materials. The complex disposes of garages, car park and private road providing access to every single house. A twenty-four-hour guard and video control are planned, as well as telephone, internet and television.
