The house is situated at the end of a quiet, cosy and picturesque village, near a forest hill. The landscape is very suitable for tourism and relaxation. At the same time, if you want to have a great time near the sea, you can take advantage of the fact that the village is only 50 km away from the seashore and 80 km away from the Bulgarian Sea capital – Varna City!

The living area of this two storey house is 160 sq. m. There is a kitchen, a spacious living room and a cellar - on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with outside stairs leading to the yard - on the second floor.

Every room on the second floor is with wooden floor, ceiling, doors and windows framing. The first floor is stone-built. This helps for the thermal isolation in the house. There is a fireplace in the living room that provides the warmth in each room through a special thermo–water system.
