We have all the contractors, subcontractors and crews lined up to start once the contract with the investor is signed and the deal is funded. The land will be in the name of the investor’s corporation. The sales will be made in the name of the investor’s corporation. All building activity will be co-ordinated and reports made to the investor weekly. Payments to subcontractors will only be made when they sign a waiver for any more payments for services rendered per house.. The investor’s corporation will have clear title to the finished houses and duplexes. We will sell them to individuals and also as investment properties.
