The area was recently zoned for tourism by Hurghada planners and is subject to a tremendous amount of investment in infrastructure. By the time that the Water House Project is complete, the area will have a wide variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, leisure facilities and shops including a shopping mall in order to satisfy the demand of the many tourists who will be staying in the area.
