Simply the best... (last 4 apartments) A huge advantage of this new accommodation project, situated in a very peaceful residential district below Strahov, will be the wonderful view over the green slopes lining Na Hrebenkach street and, from the upper locations above the luxury villas and trees, a panorama of Prague. All the apartments in the building will look out over this view, and the front of each will comprise an eight-metre long, entirely glazed wall allowing for an unusually broad panoramic aspect. Completely above-standard equipment, not yet seen in use in Prague, will feature in the so-called Smart home. It will be possible to programme automatic regulation of the heating, switch on lights in rooms and corridors at selected times, and, for instance, monitor on a television screen what is going on in the children's play area by means of one of the cameras, in order that parents have some idea of what their offspring are getting up to. All of the modern accommodation units, with the exception of the studio flats, contain a minimum of two bathrooms, one of which is always part of the largest bedroom, as well as several wardrobes and cloakrooms. Included in the price of the standard furnishing, unlike with other projects, is a completely fitted out luxury kitchen. Top quality wooden and stone floors, tiles, facings, restroom facilities (ranging up to swimming pools or Jacuzzi baths) and other materials are standard. There is also an audio-intercom with an electric buzzer to open the entry doors, and the possibility of installing an electronic alarm system connected to the central security desk in the reception area, which is manned around the clock. Owners of flats in the XY building and their guests will have recreational facilities at their disposal. There will be a squash court, a 12m swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness centre, a baby room and a children's playground, which will be monitored by camera, enabling parents to watch their children from the flat while they are playing.
