All of the buildings have direct access to the beach. The building is divided into two independent units so they will cause less of a visual impact and seem smaller. Unit 1 has five stories and is parallel to the sea. Unit 2 has four stories and is closer to the sea.
On the beach front there are 8 buildings which are 4 and 5 storey buildings. Each one has 91 residences, distributed as follows: 27 with 3 bedrooms and 64 with two bedrooms. Measurements go from the 102 sq m of the smallest flat, which has 2 bedrooms, to 146sq m for the largest flat. The 3 bedroom flats go from the 127sq m of the smallest ones to 226sq m for a penthouse.
