The view of this villa extends from Virgin Gorda to Norman Island. This West-Indian style house faces the trade winds and is a short drive to Road Town, with easy access to several sandy beaches on the north shore.

The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There are four creatively positioned outside dining areas:
in a gazebo;
in a covered patio;
under a cascading water fountain;
and, at the pool side.

There is also a one bed self-contained guest house.

The property is landscaped with a wide variety of flowering vines, bushes and trees, all of which require only minimal care. There is a large grassy area which could be converted to a play ground or tennis court.

All doors and windows have hurricane shutters and the 12-inch reinforced concrete construction testifies its ability to withstand the worst of storms.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and there is now a generator to supply electricity in case of power failure.
