A large and varied digital music collection of thousands of selections remains along with desk top PC, scanner, and two printers in the office.

The infinity edge pool is 14 X 21 ft and uses the ‘Auto Pilot’ system for carefree maintenance. The pool also has fibre-optic accent lighting as well as the standard pool light. The poolside sun deck is 15 x 18 ft and there is a lighted outdoor beach shower. The laundry room has a Maytag Neptune washer and dryer duo and a large pantry.

The grounds are extensively landscaped and well maintained. Casa Arlena includes a one car garage with automatic garage opener.
