This SPA complex is designed as a residential building. It contains apartments for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests. There are different facilities for their owners and guests. The apartments are planned to be delivered completely finished. Flooring are ceramic slabs in the corridors, laminated parquet, primer and latex, faience lining in the toilets and bathrooms. Sanitary and lighting fixtures installed. There is a fireplace is with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control. Kitchen and furnishing with a total interior solution available upon an additional agreement.
