CHARMING HOUSE CLOST TO A LAKE BRINGS UP THE BULGARIAN SPIRIT

The village is located in the Luda Kamchiya Valley in Varna Province, Bulgaria(Dalgopol Municipality). The beautiful nature in that region and the Tsonevo dam located in the valley of Luda Kamchia River is attracting many foreigner buyers. It has warm waters, and is used for water supply and irrigation. Its presence is making it a place that gives opportunities for fishing. The picturesque bed of the dam and the afforested hills around it attract many tourists and offer great recreation possibilities. At Tsonevo dam there are bungalows and private lodgings, which are offered in the adjacent villages.At the latter, an ethnographical complex opened in 2006.

The villa is in the centre of the village very close to shops, minimarkets, restaurants and bus stop.
The house consists of two floors. The ground floor has been reconstructed recently. It has a large living room, a bathroom with W.C, which is also a brand new with terracot and ceramic utilities. On the first floor a corridor leads to each of the three bedrooms. To get to the first floor from the ground one there is a massive stone staircase. The house is in very good condition and has undergone through sewerage and electricity Repair. The window frames on the ground floor are PVC, and the room is tiled, there is all the needed communication- telephone connection, etc. There is a chimney, so a fireplace can be installed. It is unfurnished but has been renovated. The house has the traditional bulgarian look, it is stone covered, there is half stone-half wooden fence going around the property. Also in the garden there are a draw-well and a summer-house (more like BBQ area).

The yard around the house is planted, and has a beautiful front garden, and the area is suitable for BBQ area, children’s playground or swimming pool.
Transportation: Daily buses run several times from Provadiya to the centre of the village. Nevertheless there are private shuttles as well that are usually preferred by people.
