The resort is designed in the traditions of the Bulgarian style. The buildings have monolithic, armoured concrete construction. The exterior walls and interior partitions are made of ceramic bricks. The lobby is stone-coated and the project provides for wooden parapets and ornamental facades. There is an elevator available in each edifice. The front yard has small stone-coated supporting walls, stone floor coverings and garden design according to a special project. A new decorative bed will be constructed for a naturally flowing small river. Restaurant- designed according to the traditions of the Bulgarian style, with a fireplace and summer garden looking towards the water surface.
