There are two neighbouring vineyards. There is a mud road 150m from the plot otherwise there is an asphalt road. The land is situated on the top of a hill, the terrain is slightly elevated.
There is an imposing view towards the sea. Byala town centre is 1.5km away and 600m to Byala's yatch Marina. There is a project for a yacht Marina ( 200 boats) of a Dutch company 750m towards the shore, 300m to the LUNA CAMP and 1km to Obzor.
